When you look into the mirror, what do you see? Are you critical of yourself? Would you be considered a bully? Healing BEgins with THOUGHT. Try thinking really nice things about yourself. You will "SEE / Feel" how your body responds to love.

Last night as I spoke to a female friend I realized once again, that we are prisoners to the "crap" that we believe about our self. IT's time to look beyond the distorted mirrors and into the beauty that lies withIN.

Happy Mother (Nature) Day
Happy Mother (Nature) Day
There are no words to describe the incredible responsibility one accepts when they become a parent.
The butterfly did emerge - but from a shell, not a caterpillar! It's a transformation to go from "maiden" to mother - but one of the most significant ones for humanity.
My own mother has provided ample opportunity for growth and led by example. She is and was my Hero as is Mother Nature.
Both give life and provide for all our needs - unselfishly, but with in balance as all things she does.
Love & Light to all our mothers, daughters , sisters and friends! You are the SACREDspace and carry it within your heart.
