As we continue to work independently and interdependently something wonderful takes place. Unity! Creation through collaboration. Life is not meant to be lived through the blinders of fear - step out of your comfort zone and into the NamaZone. Truly we care and our efforts to unite different cultures, backgrounds, genres, and yoga styles together is an enormous undertaking, but someone had to do it. We seek to create bridges between the different practices for those who seek truth and live love.

The numbers on the clock begin to make sense! In end we all need and want the same things. We are not that much different at all! Men, women, children, old, black, white, brown, and shades of gray. We have been created to come together as the droplets of water make their way back sea. You bring Calm to the Chaos, and I honor the BEing that you are and thank you for your friendship.

I am usually the person who does the giving .. and when someone take a moment to show kindness / I don't take it for granted! How can we? There is too much deception, pain, anger, in this world of illusions ... when you meet someone who is "real" it is a gift of the soul. This is my humble attempt to honor a person who has shown kindness and lead by example. So Dom, you have been nice to the wrong person if you wanted it taken for granted! sorry.... LOL

Seriously, our family and friends over at Humanity Healing ... just seem to know when to check in on friends / and uplift our spirits.
